Your privacy is our priority. PocketDesk is designed with a "Privacy by Design" approach:

No Data Collection: We do not collect, store, or transmit any personal data, usage statistics, or technical information to any external servers.
Local Communication: All communications between your Android device and your Windows PC happen exclusively within your local network (WiFi/LAN).
No Cloud: There is no cloud component. Your data never leaves your private network.
Permissions: The Android app requires Camera permission solely for scanning the pairing QR code and Network permissions to communicate with your PC.

PocketDesk is currently provided to you for free. By downloading and using the software, you agree to the following:

Proprietary Software: PocketDesk (Android client and Windows server) is proprietary software owned by Marc Hache. The source code is not public.
Usage: You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software for personal use.
Restrictions: You may not decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the software. You may not redistribute the software for commercial purposes without explicit written consent.
No Warranty: The software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. The author shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of this software.
Future Changes: We reserve the right to introduce paid features or change the pricing model in the future.
